GOLD AI Announces iOS App MVP at Ai4
GOLD AI unveiled its iOS app MVP at Ai4 in Las Vegas during a featured main-stage presentation with Siri co-founder Tom Gruber and GOLD AI founder Sky Christopherson.
August 5th, 2026. Las Vegas, Nevada.
The 40-minute presentation brought Tom Gruber (co-founder of Apple’s Siri) and Olympic athlete Sky Christopherson together before a full audience to explore the rapidly evolving intersection of artificial intelligence, personalized health, and human performance—and to introduce the GOLD AI platform.
GOLD AI is translating innovations originally developed around Olympic-level performance into personalized AI coaching for everyday health and fitness. The iOS app is designed to help people build better daily plans across sleep, meals, workouts, recovery, and well-being, supported by conversational AI coaches.
From Olympic Performance to Personalized AI
Christopherson shared lessons from his experience as an Olympic cyclist and from the technology-driven Personal Gold project with the U.S. Women’s Cycling Team, connecting those early innovations in data-driven performance to what is now possible with generative and conversational AI.
Gruber brought the perspective of one of the pioneers of modern conversational AI, including his work as a co-founder of Siri and at Apple.
Together, the presentation explored a larger question: What happens when AI moves beyond simply answering questions and begins helping people make better decisions throughout their day?
GOLD AI’s approach is centered on creating a personalized daily plan and providing ongoing coaching around it—bringing together an individual’s goals, behaviors, schedule, and available health data to make coaching more relevant and actionable.
Introducing the GOLD AI iOS MVP
Ai4 marked the public announcement of GOLD AI’s iOS MVP and an important step toward bringing the platform into real-world use.
Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for human expertise, GOLD AI is being developed as a way to make high-quality coaching more accessible and persistent. The goal is to give people support not just during a workout or occasional coaching session, but across the many everyday decisions that influence health and performance.
The platform also introduces AI avatar coaches designed to make that experience more personal, conversational, and engaging.
A New Opportunity in Corporate Wellness
Following the presentation, the GOLD AI team was approached by attendees interested in a variety of potential applications for the technology, including corporate wellness, as well as by investors interested in the company and its broader vision.
Those conversations helped reinforce an important near-term opportunity for GOLD AI: bringing personalized coaching into the workplace.
GOLD AI is now exploring corporate wellness programs that combine live, in-person workshops with access to the GOLD AI app. Employees learn practical strategies they can immediately apply to sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, recovery, and productivity, then use personalized AI coaching to help put those strategies into practice during their daily lives.
Selected organizations can also participate as design partners, providing structured feedback that helps GOLD AI understand how personalized AI coaching can best serve employees and wellness programs.
Building the Next Generation of Health Coaching
The Ai4 announcement represents the beginning of the next phase for GOLD AI: moving the technology from development into real-world environments where its impact can be measured and the experience continually improved.
From Olympic performance to consumer health—and now potentially into corporate wellness—the underlying idea remains simple:
Give people world-class knowledge, personalize it to their lives, and help them put it into action every day.
Win Your Day.
